Très belle expérience culinaire. J'aurais toutefois apprécié qu'un peu plus de temps soit consacré au début du repas à nous présenter les différentes options de repas & le concept. Je n'ai pas eu le sentiment d'avoir de choix, si ce n'est de décider si nous prenions l'accord mets vins ou du vin à la carte.

J'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié mon expérience.
Le chef est un vrai artiste culinaire. Il désire communiquer sa passion des agencements des saveurs. Il réussi avec brio.
Tout était délectable. De plus les services viennent dans de la vaisselle créée par différents artistes. Un vrai hommage à notre terroir. Bravo.
