Great culinary experience in this sophisticated place. The menu was deliciously cooked & nicely presented. It also shows a lot what Québec's environment has to offer, since they put the focus on regional (& seasonal) products. The wine pairing was nicely thought of & the staff was super friendly.
Not to forget to mention: the nice interior design of the restaurant!
All in all, definitely one place to put an eye on!

Excellent meal & service. Highlights included the steak, duck with mushrooms + pasta, & the corn + blueberry dessert.

Un repas excellent, avec tres bien service. Mes favoris inclus le bifteck, le canard avec du pates & les champignons, & le dessert du bluets & mais.
