Cuisine exceptionnelle, service remarquable. Les plats sont délicieux mais ce qui surprend le plus est le choix des ingrédients (de l'eau de mer puisée pour la réalisation du pain au maïs de Neuville pour la conception du dessert). Menu "découverte" remarquable d'élégance, de raffinement & d'équilibre. Le Clan est l'une des meilleures tables du Canada.

Une soirée gastronomique de haute-voltigue!!! Là oû la très recherchée cuisine boréale est plus qu'exquise, oû les vins & les mets exaltent leurs arômes & oû le service est à son apogée. Nous suivons Modat depuis l'Utopie & continuerons longtemps à être adapte de son art!! P.S. Notre coup de coeur va a l'omble du Nunavut!

An interesting food adventure intimate tasteful dining room. Excellent staff. Ordered the chef's 6 dish tasting menu. Enjoyed red deer tartare for the first time. A number of seafood plates, a very very rare white fish, & a chard that was particularly good. Most memorable plate was the fried Chantelle on top of duck in mayonnaise wrapped in an artisian pasta. One of the desserts was a creme corn topped with blueberry- much better then it sounds. You don't taste kernels, something like a rich sweet ice creme texture. Beautiful plating & good timing.
