Nous avons adoré notre expérience au Clan! Tous les vins sélectionnés s'accordaient parfaitement aux plats. Les présentations étaient belles & le mélange des saveurs un régal! Nous avons eu un excellent service & avons passé une très soirée!

Très beau restaurant avec un bon service, ils ont mis de l'avant les produits du terroir & c'est très bien. Par contre, manque de sel & trop cher pour ce qu'on mange.

Très bon resto chic, bouchée petite mais suffisante pour le 6 services. Pour avoir fait les deux restos, Stéphane le chef fait de la meilleure cuisine que lorsqu"il était au Château frontenac

Une très belle surprise. Nous avons pris le menu 6 plats avec accord vin; un sans faute pour cet établissement ouvert en septembre. Chef Français ayant officié auparavant au château Frontenac.

Super restaurant. Service parfait tout en étant décontracté, plats originaux & très travaillés, accord mets vins choisi par un sommelier parmi les meilleurs.
Juste la clim un peu trop froide, ils sont fous avec ça, les Canadiens !

J'aurais aimé pouvoir choisir la composition de mon menu, c'est à dire parmis chaque service disons entre 2 & 3 plats.
Mais dans l'ensemble c'était bien.
Les serveurs font un excellent service.

Excellente table, nous avons adoré ce repas. Tout était parfait, excellent service aussi, très belle ambiance, & nous n'avons jamais été bousculé!
Un service d'au moins 3 heures. A revisiter, c'est certain

C'était un très bon rapport qualite-prix (avions pris le 6 services sans l'accord vin mais avec vin au verre). Les deux premiers services (homard & omble chevalier) manquaient un tantinnet d'assaisonnements à notre goût . Mais la mise en bouche & toute la suite du repas étaient un WOW! Le service était excellent. Nous y retournerons sûrement.
