Wow! Magnifique expérience culinaire! Menu dégustation & accord vins furent à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le service a été impeccable. Sans compter la rencontre avec le chef Stéphane Modat qui a pris de son temps pour venir nous parler!

Nous avons toutes les quatre grandement apprécié notre expérience culinaire, c'était vraiment un délice pour le palais pour chacun des services du repas. Nous avons aussi aimé la beauté "artistique" de la présentation des plats. Un plaisir pour l'oeil qui prépare agréablement à la dégustation. L'ambiance du restaurant est agréable.

Le personnel est professionnel & sympathique & nous décrit très bien autant l'accord mets-vin que les plats à déguster. Il est aussi intéressant qu'il soit possible d'accommoder les personnes qui ont des restrictions alimentaires, ce qui dénote une belle attention pour votre clientèle.

Fait cocasse à noter, la salle de bain mérite une mention pour sa modernité...

Un grand merci au chef & à sa brigade pour nous offrir l'opportunité d'un si grand plaisir pour notre palais.

Le Clan a une équipe extraordinaire avec un souci du détail. La cuisine est délicieuse, mais notre coup de coeur est vraiment allé au sommelier qui a une belle expertise dans l'accord mets & vins tout en étant un bon vulgarisateur. Merci, nous reviendrons.

Très belle expérience culinaire. Les plats biens réalisés, utilisant des produits du terroir québécois. Le personnel est très sympathique. De plus, le Chef Modat nous accueille & très disponible pour nous conseiller & nous conter de belles histoires de chasse & de pêche.
