Service manque de finesse, ambiance très bruyante. Y revenir n'est pas garanti. C'est bien dommage car les plats & leur présentation était très bien.

1. Étrange sensation que trop de personnel gravitait autour de nous. 2. Nous avions réservé au bar en croyant qu'on serait au coeur de l'action. Le bar est plutôt dans une sorte d'alcôve sombre & exiguë. 3. Le menu manquait d'équilibre. Le choix se limitait au 4 ou 6 services. Sur 6, 5 plats comportaient de la viande ou du poisson & aucune place au légumes. Tout était de la protéine. La glace à l'épinette noire du dessert & le tartare de boeuf étaient excellents. Mais bon, je voulais essayé, c'est fait.

Très belle expérience culinaire qui met en vedette des produits de chez nous accompagnés d'excellents vins. Nous avons eu le privilège de voir travailler la brigade du chef Modat puisque on nous a gentiment offert la seule table près des cuisines. 6 services en 2h30, excellent service. Prévoyez un bon budget & vivez l'expérience
