Nous sommes allés pour la St-Valentin. Première fois. Ce n'est pas un repas au restaurant mais une expérience culinaire! Tout nous transporte dans un univers de saveurs dans le repas dégustation. Les atouts : l'ambiance feutrée dans une magnifique demeure du vieux Québec, la fraîcheur des produits tous locaux, avec accord vins subtils, le service impeccable. Je recommande fortement pour vivre un moment inoubliable. Merci au personnel qui a agrémenté la soirée.

Excellent sur toute la ligne. Réception, accueil, explications des mets , gentillesse du personnel.
Nous avons pris le menu gastronomique avec accord vins-mets. Le sommelier a été d'une grande amabilité pour nous expliquer ces accords. Une véritable aventure culinaire .
