Le Clan was a wonderful dining experience. My wife & I did the 6 course tasting menu & could not get over the creativity of each course. The service is impeccable & the staff were very informative when explaining the menu items.

It is not hard to see why this place has a Michelin Star.

Went for a sunday brunch & the food was incredible but as we got sat down we didn't get asked to get our coats as I felt weird just putting it on my chair.

couldn't really understand what the server was describing about our food.

no music, just people trying to whisper to each other because everyone felt like they would disturb the other tables.

overall a bit too fancy of a brunch, but the food is downright amazing

La nourriture est excellentes. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation 6 services. Les portions sont parfaites ce qui fait qu'on peut vraiment apprécier chaque bouchée & sortir de table rassasié. L'accord de vin est intéressant. Seul bémol: le service était excellent mais un peu lent

We took our newborn (3 months) in with us, & were accommodated with pleasure. The wait staff even went so far as offering to puree some food for our child if needed to accompany our meal. Not only was the service above & beyond, but the tasting menu rivals any that we have experienced. The flavour profile combination is nothing short of perfection. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Quebec City.

Un repas exceptionnel. Des poissons délicats & leurs accompagnements délicieux.
Le meilleur tartare que j'aie goûté. & le veau!
L'accord mets-vin rajoute beaucoup à l'expérience.
& le service le plus attentionné & accommodant qu'on puisse avoir.
Première expérience au Clan, ce ne sera pas la dernière!
