Excellent! La qualité de la nourriture présentée dans de la vaisselle exceptionnelle nous a comblés. Le premier plat de pétoncles est à mourir de bonheur, & l'attention portée à chaque plat est remarquable. Les produits d'ici sont mis à l'honneur avec beaucoup d'affection, ça se sent & ça se goûte. Le service est très sympathique: attentionné & simple. Nous y retournerons, c'est certain! Merci au chef Modat de partager autant de talent!

ayant voyagé sur les 5 continents, j'ai deux formations en cuisine à l'école hôtelière de la capitale & étant un épicurien curieux & désireux de découvrir la gastronomie sous toute ses formes, je peux vous assurer que mon expérience au Clan était unique & magique!

La magie de Stephane Modat, allié à des produits québécois d'une fraicheur extraordinaire, une ambiance chaleureuse & une équipe de service attentionné & passionné ne peut faire autrement qu'être gage de succès!

Quelle belle expérience! Cuisine gastronomique excellente & originale. Cadre & ambiance merveilleuse; j'adore l'entrée dans le restaurant directement au coeur des cuisines où Monsieur Stéphane Modat était là. Menu 5 services à la hauteur de nos attentes! Nous y reviendrons assurément.
