Belle découverte que ce nouveau restaurant de Stéphane Modat. Nous avons connu Stéphane au défunt restaurant l'Utopie & nous avions gardé un souvenir impérissable de sa merveilleuse cuisine. La cuisine du Clan est moins "créative" mais tout aussi savoureuse.
Le service est excellent.

Service efficace un peu trop hâtif
Deux heures top chrono pour le tout: de la vérification des passeports vaccinaux (4 personnes) au paiement de l'addition. Plats impeccables une table incontournable à Québec
