All the dishes are great~taste & presentation except desserts!
I was expecting more from a one star restaurant. The desserts is definitely on the simple side. Service was impeccable. The waitress has a sincere smile throughout the dinner.

The food was exquisite, but the service by our waiter Julian was even better. It is worth the price the presentation & the amount of food is just right we did the force course with pairing for two of us. My daughter who His under 18 is a picky eater, & Julian made it fun & even substituted one of the courses to accommodate. I really enjoyed the service more than anything as silly as that may sound & may be experience exceptional. One of my favorite things I did in Quebec city

Étoile Michelin amplement méritée. Les accords mets-vins sont exécutés avec une précision remarquable, & chaque assiette révèle des saveurs fines, jamais criardes, toujours justes - le bar rayé apprêté en est un bel exemple. Le service était à la hauteur de la cuisine : notre serveuse, Marika, connaissait la provenance de chaque élément de l'assiette, le vin qui accompagnait chaque service, ainsi que les notes gustatives propres à chaque plat - un effort d'autant plus admirable que le menu change régulièrement. Une expérience gastronomique complète, du début à la fin.
