Merci pour cette soirée merveilleuse dont la signature Modat se fait présente autant dans l'assiette que partout sur les murs de ce restaurant. Nous avons apprécié les précieux conseils du maitre sommelier & son aisance à nous proposer & à nous faire découvrir des accompagnements divins!! Merci aussi à notre serveur dont la couleur bien québécoise nous a bien fait rire. C'est avec impatience que nous nous retrouverons à nouveau dans ce haut lieu gastronomique qui marque dorénavant la scène québécoise.

Plats exceptionnels, emplacement extraordinaire. Les attentes du chef étaient très hautes, le projet dans son ensemble annonçait une expérience mémorable, totalement réussis. Un des, sinon le, meilleur resto au Québec. Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette magnifique soirée.
