Bien, mais sans plus! Pour un restaurant avec une étoile Michelin, c'est le moins intéressant à plusieurs égards que nous ayons fait. La nourriture est délicieuse bien sûre, mais pas exceptionnelle. Le service était très bien, mais il manquait la touche d'un restaurant gastronomique. Les petits détails. Le sommelier nous récitait son explication, mais aucune interaction. Les produits pour l'accord total étaient en faible quantité & aucun coup de coeur pour un tel prix fut décevant. Par contre l'accord mocktail était original & accompagnait bien. Enfin, l'endroit est très bien, mais les salle de bain sont moindres.

Le brunch est servi uniquement le week-end, de 9h à 14h. La cuisine est délicieuse, le décor magnifique & le rapport qualité-prix excellent. N'hésitez pas à y faire un tour pour vous imprégner de l'ambiance typiquement québécoise.

We had a great experience at The Clan. The food was delicious, the service was friendly & the atmosphere was nice. The only thing that could be improved is the lighting. It was a little too dark inside. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit & would happily come back.

Lunch visit, so relatively good value for high quality food & both wine & non-alcoholic pairing. However overall a little disappointing due to feeling of lack of ownership & hence an impersonal experience. Small points like vacuuming carpet & leaving cables to climb over whilst customer is still in the restaurant is an indicator - I wouldn't do that at home with guests… Sadly I wouldn't really recommend albeit there's not a huge choice of good places in that area, so…on balance…perhaps lunch but not dinner!

Nous sommes allés pour le brunch, formule 3 services avec mimosas & cafés. Le service était incroyable, notre serveur très courtois & à l'écoute. J'ai été impressionné également par l'accueil.
Nous sommes sortis avec le ventre plein, pour un prix très raisonnable compte tenu de l'expérience « étoile michelin ».
Mon highlight fut le pain (délicieusement apprêté & grillé) accompagné de ses tartinades, ainsi que les pommes de terre. Miam!

Easy 5-stars all around! The service was so professional, the food so thoughtful in the use of stories, a philosophy of local ingredients & culture, & the atmosphere so interesting & cool! We ate in the Speakeasy upstairs - honestly a perfect night!
