L'idée de concevoir des plats à partir de produits locaux en s'inspirant de la culture amérindienne est tout à fait exceptionnelle. C'est un voyage gastronomique au coeur même des racines de notre pays. C'était bon, c'était beau & ça sera à refaire.

Quelle expérience unique! C'était la première fois que nous essayions un menu dégustation & tout a été parfait. L'ambiance chaleureuse nous permet de rester dans le moment présent tout au long du service. Les employés sont attentionnés & super professionnels. Que dire de la nourriture! Tout est réfléchi & on ressent la passion du chef dans chacun des plats. Nous recommandons fortement ce restaurant qui fait honneur aux aliments d'ici.
