De loin notre table préférée à Québec. Le menu du soir est bien élaboré & le service est toujours impeccable. Le menu midi est juste trop bon & en plus la formule des plats à 5$ est abordable pour tout le monde 🙌🏻

We had the 6 course tasting menu at Le Clan last night. My husband & friend had the wine pairing while I had the non-alcoholic drink pairing. The evening was very enjoyable, the food was superb & my non-alcoholic drink was unexpectedly eye-opening. There is so much effort & complexity that went into each drink, which went from simple to very nuanced by the end of the meal. For me it was like having another tasting menu in liquid form. What revelation!

The food was excellent, the flavours & combination were just right. The smoked clam was tender, the fish succulent, the rabbit was not dry, & the veal is just right. Even the dessert is an explosion of sweet, sour, chocolate & crunch. It was amazing.

As for service, it was one of the best. They accommodated my friend who was late (airline delayed). The sommelier & servers were knowledgeable & attentive.

What a memorable meal. One to remember.

Un plaisir de déguster le meilleure brunch à Québec & certainement l'un des meilleures au Québec. Une expérience renouvelée à chaque occasion que j'ai partagé pour à cette troisième occasion avec mes enfants.
Rien n'est laissé au hasard, service, présentation, saveurs tout est à point. Chaque visiteurs de passage à Québec doivent y faire un arrêt, mais aussi & surtout, tout les résidents de Québec se doivent de découvrir cette perle. Un repas dont vous vous souviendrez & une superbe occasion d'avoir une première réelle expérience gastronomie de haut niveau.
