Beautiful, imaginative but elegant food, focused on local, local, local. The imaginative approach is well captured by their mascot: a jackalope which transitions through feathers & flora to a fern-fish. Highly recommended.

Dinner for 2. The atmosphere was really wonderful & unique. The food was good but not great, surprising considering how impressive the chef seemed. The non-alcohol pairing was the standout, remarkable, creative, original, surprisingly delicious.
