Le service a été exceptionnel ! Nous avons passé une soirée magnifique, & Mariane-Lee ainsi que le sommelier ont été extrêmement proactifs, démontrant une excellente connaissance des produits. En ce qui concerne la cuisine, l'ensemble était très réussi. Si je devais évaluer cette expérience en tenant compte de mes nombreuses aventures culinaires, je lui attribuerais un solide 4,5 étoiles ! Les plats de Mactre & de *Veau* ont été les plus remarquables. En espérant revenir pour découvrir d'autres délices.

Wonderful brunch with various local Quebec dishes. It was a brunch set with 6-7 dishes at CA$36 per person, a good value for money. Wondering what will be in the dinner & will definitely come back next time in Quebec City!

Absolutely fantastic restaurant!! We went twice, once for the New Year's 8-course menu & once for lunch. The staff went above & beyond to accommodate us with our baby. They were so friendly as well. The food was excellent. So creative & fun. The flavors were amazing. Best latte I had in the city. I can't recommend this place enough!

We had an incredible dining experience. We tried the tasting menu & the food was excellent, with every dish showcasing remarkable flavors & attention to detail. The staff were warm ( especially Matthew ) attentive, & made us feel truly welcomed, the atmosphere was both inviting & beautifully crafted. One of the highlights of the evening was learning about the chef's history & philosophy. It added such a personal touch to the meal, giving us a deeper appreciation for the creativity & passion behind each dish. I'll definitely be back!

My wife & I dined at Le Clan for a 5-course meal on December 28. The food was beautifully presented & packed with rich, delicious flavors. The creativity in each dish was truly impressive, & the ambience of the restaurant added to the experience-it's a gorgeous setting. However, one major issue was the long pauses between courses. We waited 40 minutes between the main course & dessert for an overall dining time of 3 hours which felt excessive. By that point, we were ready to leave & only received our dessert after speaking to the waiter-making it seem as though our table may have been forgotten. While the food & atmosphere were great, the pacing & portions left something to be desired, especially given the price paid.

Une superbe découverte. Une cuisine unique & recherchée qui met en lumière les producteurs locaux, bravo à l'entièreté de la cuisine ! Un grand merci à notre serveuse, Emma, qui nous a offert un excellent service & beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage à Québec.
