Quelle expérience culinaire sublime! Le service était impeccable & la nourriture divine. Ça vaut définitivement le coût. Le chef mérite 1-2 étoiles Michelin. Courez-y pendant que c'est encore abordable!!!

Wow, the best culinary experience i've experienced. It was absolutely incredible. Well worth taking the 6 serving diner & letting the chef take us on a wild tour of Quebecois culinary exquisiteness. Chef Modat brings french originalité to native foods to create an amazing menu. Knowledgeable servers add character to each dish & enhance the experience. A must in Quebec city.

Nous avons dégusté 8 vins (dans l'accord mets-vins) entrecoupé de (trop) petites bouchées. La quantité de nourriture était grandement insuffisante pour juger de sa qualité. Le rapport qualité-prix est bas. Si j'étais propriétaire de ce restaurant, je serais gênée de charger de tels prix pour aussi peu de nourriture. N.B. Nous sommes des habitués de restaurants gastronomiques aux portions raisonnables mais dans ce cas-ci, c'était pas au rendez-vous & pas à la hauteur de sa réputation.
