We had lunch at Le Clan on the first day of our arrival at Quebec. Then we decided to come back for dinner at the end of our 2 months visit. After experienced many restaurants during our stay in Quebec, Le Clan ranked Top 3 of our best restaurants list. This farm to table restaurant is proud to re-create an old recipe once adored by the locals. We are particularly enjoy the chef table on ground floor which allows us to see the culinary preparations in the kitchen.

Well done! 6 courses meal with wine pairing is an excellent option. Service is very good! Nice setting in the heart of Quebec

What an incredible experience! Everyone who works here is passionate about the culinary experience they're delivering. Our server was also the Sommelier, & although we didn't get the wine pairing, I listened in on her storytelling several times; she was lovely. We got the six course tasting & a bottle of wine, & it was a joy. I love the concept of the restaurant, I felt like I learnt more about my country through that experience than a day in a museum & I tried several things I had never had before. I won't share any photos until this review has sufficiently aged, so as not to spoil the surprise! Thank you for the amazing dinner! 10/10 would recommend!

While in Quebec City, I had the most wonderful lunch of tapas at this quaint little spot. I enjoy three different plates & each was exceptionally delicious. The flavor, seasoning, temperature & presentation were all perfect.

Excellent service & nourriture. Toujours une expérience exceptionnelle. Nous y sommes allés trois fois depuis l'ouverture & nous voulons toujours y retourner. Lors de notre dernière visite, l'équipe a su très bien accommoder des restrictions alimentaires pour des raisons de santé. Merci encore à l'équipe!

Moi & mon amie y sommes venues manger le 6 services, les plats y sont bien équilibré dans les saveurs, textures & couleurs. Nous sommes 2 passionnés de restauration, moi avec 24 années dans le domaine & mon amies avec 20 années. Le service y est très attentionné, mention spéciale à la sommelière Laura-Emily & au serveur Thomas, nous y serons de retour au prochain menu.

This was an experience my husband & I will never forget. The food & service was out of this world. We LOVED Matthieu, our incredibly kind server - he took this restaurant to the next level for us! We will certainly be back!
