Le Clan Un accueil chaleureux, surtout le privilège de pouvoir rencontrer le chef Stephane Modat. Un menu de choix, des plats uniques & exquis, une recommandation de vin pile, le service attentif & super professionnel de Maggie. Une touche particulière pour mon anniversaire. Un cadeau de pain Borderon à l'eau de mer spécialement emballé par Guillaume. Bref une qualité rarissime de nos jours. Une véritable famille! Nous avons tout aimé & nous recommandons fortement cet endroit pour une expérience culinaire inoubliable.

Merci à tout le personnel principalement à notre serveuse Stéphanie .Nous en étions à notre première présence & nous avons été impressionné par l'accueil,le service & la qualité des plats ainsi que par le décor.Le brunch est présenté de façon originale avec des plats très savoureux .

Highlight of our visit to Quebec City & that says a lot!! 6+ course tasting is an epic adventure in culinary expertise. Service was unbelievably attentive, courteous & personable.( Like being on top chef without all the drama.) Le Clan is what gastronomy is all about & worth every penny. I would highly recommend the visit.

Outstanding experience at Le Clan! Our tour guide told us about it as being one of the best restaurants in Quebec. We didn't try the others but were not disappointed here. If you are passing through Quebec on a cruise, or staying here on vacation/holiday, do yourself a favor & stop by Le Clan for a meal. You will not regret it!

Best fine dining French restaurant we've been to in a while. Must do the pre-fixe. Each course better than last. Service is bar none, everyone is treated like royalty. Wine pairing is spot on.

Incredible experience at Le Clan. Amazing food, well curated, balanced 6-course dinner... delicious cocktails & great wine selection... then there's the quaint yet sophisticated, warm ambiance. & impeccable service. Mathew was the best server... so attentive & knowledgeable & clearly passionate about the chef, the food, & their story. Highly recommend!

J'ai a d o r é e ! De l'accueil à l'ambiance, en passant par le service, le respect des aliments, la recherche & la technique derrière chaque élément des plats sont remarquables. Les vins sont finement choisis. C'était un réel plaisir de participer à cette expérience gastronomique. Je n'ai que du bien à dire. Merci.
