Tout était parfait jusqu'au plat à la fin... L'espèce d'astronaute avec la lune... Vraiment pas bon. Trop fumé, mais vraiment pour tout le reste c'est génial. Les serveurs sont super, le chef qui est venu nous dire un mot, super apprécié. Je recommande, tout est délicieux & superbement présenté, mais chef, faut revoir les saveurs de l' astraunaute & la lune! Le foie gras!! My god j'aime pas habituellement mais cette fois-ci je suis accro!

Excellent en tout point de vue sur un menu dégustation en 7 plats parfaitement équilibré. Coup de coeur sur le lapin qui est formidable. A noter qu'a côté du menu dégustation vous avez le choix de prendre des viandes d'exception Québécoise, comme une cote de Wagyu.. Nous avons failli nous laisser tenter..

We had a delicious meal here & the service is incredibly good. The food is quite avant garde. Our meals were cooked to perfection & beautifully plated. You have to be really interested in eating meat & game though so don't come here if you're vegetarian. The kitchen accommodated my dietary issues (I'm allergic to alliums) with grace & style. I always appreciate that!

The menu highlighted Quebec's culinary strengths, featuring exquisitely prepared rabbit & fish dishes that simply dissolved on the tongue. The desserts were artfully paired, showcasing the chef's commitment to quality & creativity. The attentive & thoughtful service from the staff added a personal touch that set this dining experience apart from others, marked by small acts of kindness that were both genuine & heartwarming. Moreover, even the bathrooms were impressive, providing a level of comfort & luxury that enhanced the overall experience.
