Wow! We did the 6 course tasting menu & wine pairing. It blew us away. Best meal we had in QC! The chef used to work from Chateau Frontenac, so you know this is going to be fine dining.

Each element of the meal reflects the chef's dedication to quality & innovation, making dining at Le Clan a truly unforgettable experience for discerning palates. The wines enhanced the dining experience. Each wine is chosen to harmonize with the flavors & textures of the dishes.

Loved the entrance where you can see the chef at work in his kitchen as you head upstairs to be seated. Wonderful tasting menu. The Arctic Char (one of four starters) had an amazing texture. The Sommelier demonstrated a love of wine that was truly infectious! A memorable experience.
