Simplement notre meilleure expérience au restaurant depuis plusieurs années. Tout était parfait de l'accueil au départ dans une auto bien chauffée grâce au service de valet disponible. Une tournée gastronomique exceptionnelle du terroir Québécois. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter de la seule table avec vue sur la cuisine permettant une incursion dans le monde fascinant de la restauration. La visite du Chef Modat qui a été très généreux de son temps restera gravée dans la mémoire de notre famille. Merci pour les échanges au sujet de la chasse & de la pêche & pour le cadeau de fin de soirée. Nous avons déjà réservé à nouveau pour un brunch deux jours plus tard!

Best meal we have had in many years. Eveything was spectacular including the food, service, decor & friendliness of the staff. Having the chance to be seated next to the kitchen & meeting Chef Modat was an added bonus that our family will always remember. We were so impressed that we booked for brunch two days later!
