Simply Amazing!
The food & exceptional wine pairing was spectacular, we enjoyed dining at the chefs table. The service was on point, loved the detailed descriptions of all the food & wines.

Le chef réalise des prouesses avec des produits du terroir. Bravo ! L'omble chevalier était impressionnant. Le serveur principal était excellent. Le plus jeune semblait à l'étape de l'apprentissage. Nous préférons quand seulement deux personnes max sont attitrées à notre table (nous en avions trois). Ça permet de personnaliser davantage. C'était notre deuxième visite & les deux fois, la musique d'ambiance me semblait un peu dissonante par rapport au type de restaurant. Il est intéressant de savoir que vous avez des salles fermées pour de petits groupes. Sur ce, continuez votre beau travail de qualité & innovateur !
