Astoundingly good (yet unpretentious). Was the crown jewel of a string of A+ epicurean experiences in QC. We are not unsophisticated (NYC & Chicago). Have to say could not be HAPPIER. On the occasion of our engagement. Our server Julia is exquisite. Come on Michelin, bring the stars!!!

From our arrival to our departure, the staff was amazingly attentive. The room we dined in was charming & food..it was a delight to our eyes & taste bud! We did the wine pairing & were most impressive withe the choices & the staffs descriptions of each wine & dish..it's a must to do in Quebec City ..& a must return time & time again!
