Having lived in Paris for a number of years & eating at some of the best restaurants there I have to say this was probably the best restaurant I have ever been. Food is creative & absolutely exceptional. I give them my highest rating.

Juste un petit détail à savoir le pourboire calculé sur le total de la facture y compris les taxes. Je n'ai aucun problème à laisser un excellent pourboire mais non pas un pourboire > Mes salutations j'ai beaucoup apprécié.

Service was distracted & discombobulated, we felt forgotten at numerous points in the meal. The value was not there for a meal that cost $500 for 2 people. At that price I expect much higher attention to detail & a more personable experience across the board.

La seule raison qu'on ne donne pas un cinq étoiles, certains services auraient avantage à être plus copieux, surtout le service principal. Nous aurions ainsi mangé moins de pain qui était excellent
