Best restaurant we've eaten at in Quebec City since we've been visiting over the last 3 years. We thoroughly enjoyed the 6 course meal with the exceptional wine pairings.

2 visites cette semaine, un lunch & un brunch & je suis ravie de ma découverte, j'en parle à tous mes amis!
Brunch très (trop?) copieux, & donc potentiellement beaucoup de gaspillage alimentaire, ce qui est dommage par principe surtout quand c'est des protéines animal, & vu la qualité des produits servis. Offrir un peu moins quitte à offrir des extra à ceux qui en veulent plus?

Gros merci pour l'expérience, je reviendrai!

PS : mes vêtements sentaient beaucoup la cuisine... peut-être améliorer la ventilation en bas?

L'allongé demandé au moment du dessert n'est jamais parvenu à notre table... Sinon, une note parfaite sur toute la ligne.

Nous avons été accueillis comme faisant partie de la famille du Clan. Très bon repas & excellent service. On est repartie avec un pot de creton pour continuer l'expérience à la maison...!

Une expérience à nulle autre pareille. Des plats travaillés à la perfection avec des accords mets vins absolument sublimes dans un décor chaleureux sans oublier le service impeccable.
Des échanges fascinants avec le sommelier qui a trouvé l'accord parfait avec chacun des plats succulents que nous avons dégustés. Une première fois mais pas une dernière.
Un incontournable à Québec! Merci pour cette expérience mémorable.
