We had a 9:15 p.m. reservation & were seated right away, but the service was extremely slow. Our drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive, even though we could see them sitting at the bar the entire time. Our waiter then disappeared for another long stretch, & we weren't able to place our food order until around 40 minutes after being seated.

When we tried to order a burger without lettuce, tomato, & pickles, we were told they couldn't simply leave the toppings off & the waiter disappeared again to ask the kitchen. After waiting even longer, we gave up, finished our drinks, paid, & left without eating. It was a very disappointing experience, especially with several open tables in the restaurant.

Nous avions acheté le forfait souper-théâtre au Petit-Champlain. Le souper était délicieux & le service, excellent!!! Un gros MERCI!!! 🤩

Les photos & les avis nous ont conduits jusqu'ici, & la cuisine était excellente. Nous avons dégusté un pot-en-pot succulent, le meilleur fish & chips que j'aie jamais mangé, des linguine aux fruits de mer exceptionnelles, & un steak avec frites & salade, cuit à point comme demandé. En dessert, nous avons également savouré deux crèmes brûlées. Tout était d'excellente qualité & parfaitement assaisonné. Notre serveuse était très aimable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement ce restaurant.

Was here 2 yrs ago & food was amazing. Unfortunately now that its a chain it was horrible. Quality went from a 10 to a 1.
Only good thing was the waitress.

Loved this restaurant!!! The food was so good! The decor is great. Our waiter was fantastic. Highly recommend the Quebec ribs! (Actually everything was fantastic!)

Nous sommes allés déjeuner le 26 juillet nous avons eu un serveur extraordinaire souriant Frédéric, même si c'était très achalandé nous avons eu un service 5 étoiles. Merci nous y retournerons c'est certain. C'était excellent

Ci siamo fermati per caso in questo locale in cerca di un posto dove cenare.
Breve attesa e ci hanno trovato un tavolo per il nostro gruppo di cinque persone. Il locale è molto carino, accogliente. Il personale molto cortese, abbiamo fatto due chiacchiere durante la serata con la ragazza che ci ha servito con molta gentilezza e sempre con il sorriso.
Il cibo ci ha sorpreso: davvero ottimo! Le ribs spettacolari come anche il salmone e gli hamburger.
