My boyfriend really wanted to try rabbit while we were in Quebec & this place definitely delivered. Easy to walk to, as it is right in the middle of touristy Quartier Petit Champlain. The rabbit leg was very tender & tasty & the rabbit pot pie was full of flavor. We also got a cheese for an appetizer, which was a fun experience, & the tiramisu for dessert. Service was great, the staff is very capable in both French & English, & the atmosphere is very nice & cozy.

Wonderful dining experience. We shared the cassoulet for two, which was the tastiest I've ever had. The duck & sausage were incredible, though the rabbit was a bit too gamey & dry. Excellent kids menu. Good wine menu. The quebecois red wine was surprisingly excellent. Attentive service & cozy atmosphere. We were lucky to get a table walking in & I recommend reservations.

A very cozy restaurant. The staff let us dine just before the dinner rush hour despite not having a reservation. The waiter we had was really friendly & made funny banter. The rabbit poutine in mustard sauce was the best poutine I've had in my life! Highly recommend.

This restaurant is highly regarded in Petit Champlain, & after trying it, I understand why. However, personally, I believe it has its strengths & weaknesses. The ambiance is pleasant, although the space is somewhat cramped. We opted for the platter, & while we unanimously enjoyed the duck leg, I personally enjoyed the Foie gras, although it may not be to everyone's taste. Conversely, I found the rabbit leg lacking in seasoning. Nevertheless, it's worth a visit after exploring Petit Champlain.

I grew up on wild meat so this was the perfect restaurant for me. So glad I got the chance to visit. I loved every bite. I ordered the duck sausage & rabbit leg which comes on a bed of beans & it just reminded me of eating dinner with my grandfather. Very nostalgic. Great flavours. Had the salted honey pie for dessert which was absolutely delicious. Fresh bread whenever we asked (gotta eat beans with buttered bread, I don't make the rules) we had a very nice lady serve us but there was also a gentleman with glasses that helped with every table as well. They're a team he said. He was very lively & energetic. Definitely a meal I'll have to come back for. Don't miss out when coming to Quebec City. I would recommend a reservation though as they're usually full.

Dinner was wonderful, the duck was perfectly cooked, the rabbit leg was slightly dry but with one of the sauces, still lovely.

Unique recipes, excellent food & great service. Of course we had to have the rabbit & duck, it is their specialty. Although it was winter time & thought it would not be very busy, we were lucky to book a reservation a couple of days in advance, people without reservations were not able to get a seat. We recommend the Creme Brule for dessert, it is not your usual Jello pudding, it is very light & just right & the flavour is outstanding. Five stairs in all categories.

Fantastic breakfast/brunch! Such a warm, welcoming little restaurant with a real wood fireplace. We ordered: crepes, tartine (avocado toast), waffles, & a rabbit eggs Benedict with a pitcher of mimosas. Not only was the food incredibly but for $150 CAD for 4, it was an amazing value as well (especially given the raving reviews & location!!). It's a must visit- book your reservation in advanced!

A very Sweet, Quaint, Romantic escape into the past. You'll ask yourself if you're in Quebec or France.... not for picky kids like mine unfortunately .. but we took them anyway.. thankfully little one still enjoyed the Crepe. On the other hand, We enjoyed some delicious French dishes. Rabbit poutine, duck foie gras, duck confit & of course to finish it off we HAD to have the creme brulee. The service was excellent & accommodating. Very friendly. You have to make reservations as this place seems to always be fully booked..its a very cozy small restaurant so you can't expect to get a spot on the whim. Plan ahead & make this stop a must!
