My brother & I were in Québec City for a wedding, & loved the ambience of this restaurant from the streets in Le Petit Champlain, so we decided to Google it & see what the menu was like.

We loved the cozy rustic vibe of this place. We tried the Rabbit & Duck Cassoulet for 2. With no exaggeration, we felt like it was one of the best meals we had during our stay. We are so happy we made a reservation in advance, because we watched them turn many parties away due to how busy & full they were with reservations!

Staff was very friendly & made sure to check on us often.

Would love to come back here any time I'm in Québec City!

Great location, somewhat small but well organised so get a reservation to get in & get it early! Food: rabbit poutine starter amazing (best part of our meal & some of the best around!), rabbit pies good, chocolate truffle dessert fab, pear dessert was not good (undercooked). Overall, we enjoyed our meal & would suggest this location but would say it's popular so be aware it will be a treat

We really appreciated the advice of our waitress in choosing the mix platter. The food was very tasty, but we were a little disappointed in the rabbit leg, we felt it needed a bit of seasoning & if that upsets the chef we apologize

The rabbit was quite a delight! Whether it was the rabbit leg or the pasta. Had the pasta & it was very nice balance of flavors. Other reviews were definitely spot on.

We shared the All Rabbit & Duck plate, it was a perfect taste treat. We can't wait to come back.

a quaint & cozy restaurant. would recommend making reservations ahead of time. i was lucky to get a table walking in on a monday evening. food wise, everyone says french onion soup was good but maybe it’s just not my thing. it was lukewarm, which is a bit weird. & it was too salty. for the warm salad with rabbit kidneys & livers, i liked everyone in this dish except for the rabbit livers & kidneys. but it’s probably just me, not on the restaurant. however i cannot imagine better purée / dressing & potatoes for this salad, very tasty, light in flavor profile but good portion for the stomach! the salad itself is worth a 5/5.

1. The Rabbit legs tasteless, there is no flavour in the meat.
2. The pork burger was rough, did not enjoy it
3. The seafood casserole is a big disppointment, the bowl was full of beans, & there were hardly any seafood in it for a $33 meal. There were only a few tiny mussles, clams & shrimp - not fresh & small in the bowl.
4. The only good dish is the cream brulee which I enjoyed.

Although the food was well prepared & flavorful, I would suggest a bit more seasoning on the cassoulet. Also, a little bit more attention on the preparation of the rabbit leg as I thought my portion was slightly dry. But still...very delicious.

We were very disappointed in the food. The duck fois gras was diappointing. Small serving size. Low quality toast & jam. Not worth the price. We esch ordered rabbit with different sauce. The meat was great but sauces tasteless, veg over cooked. Pear dessert was very low quality. Very sad, we hzd reservations for weeks. This was very low quality tourist food.😒
