We enjoyed a delicious seafood meal at Marin d'eau douce. We had a lovely sea view & the warm atmosphere more than made up for the rainy evening. We had the Chef's Inspiration which was packed with fresh seafood wrapped in filo. The catch of the day (halibut) was fresh & buttery. The redfish was also delicious. Our bilingual wait staff were attentive & informative. The bottle of Chablis topped it off. It couldn't have been more lovely.
Restaurant familial vraiment agréable sur tous les aspects. Les filles des propriétaires (les chefs) sont dévouées, agréables à discuter, vraiment géniales. La nourriture est vraiment délicieuse. L'endroit est magnifique avec la vue sur l'eau. Les enfants ont pu aller s'amuser sur le grand terrain en attendant le repas. Je recommande fortement.
Un accueil chaleureux par les trois jolies fille des propriétaires, une vue extraordinaire , une entrée de pieuvre grillé succulente & une généreuse portion de moule apprêter par un grand Chef ,

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Marin d'eau douce, & I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. Nestled in a charming location, the restaurant exudes a warm & inviting atmosphere that immediately sets the stage for an unforgettable meal. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely friendly, ensuring that every detail of our dining experience was perfect. Their recommendations were spot on, & they went above & beyond to make us feel welcome & valued. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented & bursting with flavor. The seafood was incredibly fresh & cooked to perfection, while the accompanying sides & sauces complemented each dish exquisitely. It's clear that the chefs at Marin d'eau douce take great pride in their craft, using only the finest ingredients & innovative techniques. One highlight of the evening was the dessert. It was a delightful symphony of flavors & textures, leaving us craving more. The wine selection was also impressive, offering a variety of choices that perfectly paired with our meal. In addition to the fantastic food & service, the ambiance of Marin d'eau douce is simply enchanting. The tasteful decor, soft lighting, & scenic views create a cozy yet elegant setting that is perfect for any occasion. Overall, Marin d'eau douce exceeded all my expectations. Une véritable découverte au cours de notre périple à travers la Gaspésie. La meilleure table que nous ayons testée durant ces 3 semaines. Nous y sommes d'ailleurs retourné 2 jours de suite :-)
Accueil très sympathique & convivial, service de bon niveau & surtout, un Chef qui sait cuisiner, assaisonner & marier les saveurs. Des portions généreuses, des tarifs plutôt haut de gamme (comme souvent en Gaspésie), mais la, c'est véritablement justifié au regard de la qualité des mets & des quantités servies.
Nous recommandons vivement cette table agréable & qui sent bon la tradition & la bonne cuisine : saumon, homard, flétan, St Jacques (pétoncles), bref, une carte simple, locale & parfaitement maîtrisées.
