Excellent restaurant. On y mange très bien & le service est impeccable. Les propriétaires sont présents & sympathiques. La carte de vin manque de choix, surtout pour des vins plus abordables.

Chouette restaurant en bordure du barachois de Carleton. Nous y sommes retournés 2 jours de suite tant l'expérience était excellente. Carte inventive basée sur des ingrédients locaux. Multiples choix d'entrées & de plats principaux, bons desserts également. Les produits sont frais , très goûteux & bien respectés par la préparation. Vaste choix de vins, bien choisis & à prix juste. Tout ce que nous avons mangé & bu était excellent. Bon choix de digestifs canadiens, dont des gins délicieux. Le service est efficace, attentionné & éminemment sympathique (y compris pour les clients difficiles, nous avons été témoins d'une table voisine dont les clients compliqués ont été traités avec beaucoup de diplomatie), un vrai bonheur. Que dire sinon que tout était parfait, merci encore à la famille des propriétaires pour ces bons moments.

The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, & genuinely friendly, ensuring that every detail of our dining experience was perfect. Their recommendations were spot on, & they went above & beyond to make us feel welcome & valued. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented & bursting with flavor. The seafood was incredibly fresh & cooked to perfection, while the accompanying sides & sauces complemented each dish exquisitely. It's clear that the chefs at Marin d'eau douce take great pride in their craft, using only the finest ingredients & innovative techniques. One highlight of the evening was the dessert. Huîtres servies chaudes (température pièce) & morceaux de liège dans le vin. Ce qui m'a fait de la peine car le vin était extra. Le plat de sébaste était aussi très bien. Somme toute déçus de notre expérience point de vue rapport qualité/prix & des réponses bidons lors de nos interrogations.
