Nous adorons ce restaurant, & y retournerons assurément.
Cependant, le service est trop lent: (1heure avant d'avoir une consommation & minimum 45 minutes d'attente entre les plats...ce qui est interminable). Également, l'ambiance est un peu trop tamisée, on ne voit pas grand chose & c'est un peu endormant. La musique est agréable, mais intermittente & les même chansons reviennent.. La qualité de la cuisine est intéressante; produits locaux & cocktails signature, carte des vins variée. Enfin un restaurant ou on peut manger des huitres dans la baie des chaleurs! Bravo!

Quelle belle découverte ! D'abord le repas : présentation superbe, arômes raffinés & cuisson du poisson tout simplement exceptionnelle. On sent qu'il y a beaucoup de savoir-faire derrière cette cuisine. Je crois qu'il s'agit d'une entreprise familiale d'origine marocaine &, honnêtement, il n'y a aucune faille dans ce qui sort de cette cuisine. Tout est réussi à merveille. Le service mérite tout autant d'éloges. L'équipe est attentionnée, veille réellement à la satisfaction de ses clients & les jeunes femmes & jeunes hommes qui nous ont accueillis sont franchement allumés. Bref, une expérience complète fort agréable. Nous sommes sous le charme & nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was welcoming. The hostess took care of us & treated us very well. The waiter took the time to explain the menu & we were extremely satisfied with all of our food choices. Everything was very fresh & delicious. We will definitely return for supper again, soon

We initially thought the menu was a little restricted. Once there, with the added specials of the day, we had to admit it was quite diverse & provided ample choice for a well rounded dinner.

All dishes were superbly flavoured & well plated. The selection of local cheeses, nuts & compote started the meal with a bang.

Both the Magdalen Island scallops & the Atlantic salmon were succulent. The beurre blanc sauce & slight maple flavour enhanced the salmon to a different level. It was absolutely perfectly cooked, soft & tender while being flaky just the same. Very well executed.

The scallops were similarly cooked just right, with a buttery texture on a bed of creamed lentils that was surprisingly subtle & tasty.

Excellent & attentive service rounded out the evening. Another bonus is the fact the wine list features a few half bottles. Perfect for an evening that requires just a touch of wine to accompany dinner.

We highly recommend this locale. The view of the Baie des Chaleurs is also magnificent.
