Les plats sont très savoureux & la présentation tellement belle que nous avons dévoré chaque mets avec beaucoup d'appétit. Bravo au chef!
Ce fut une expérience des plus agréable. Aussi le service au table très professionnel.

Bien que le restaurant n'était pas bondé, il y avait plus de clients que leur capacité à fournir, ce qui nous a causé une attente, 1h10 avant de recevoir notre assiette. C'est dommage car le personnel s'en trouvait pénalisé, elles faisaient des pieds & des mains pour excuser leur incapacité de livrer.
La nourriture était correct.

Une délicatesse d'une rare élégance, où chaque saveur est parfaitement équilibrée.

Écoutez… sans aucune hésitation, je me dois de vous recommander le saumon :
(Saumon frais de l'Atlantique boucané à l'érable, accompagné de sa somptueuse sauce beurre blanc.)

Je me permets de l'affirmer : c'est assurément le meilleur saumon que j'ai eu le privilège de déguster.

Une création raffinée qui mérite, sans l'ombre d'un doute, cinq étoiles haut la main. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
