Une superbe expérience culinaire à Québec ! C'est notre hôtel qui nous a recommandé ce restaurant - & quelle belle surprise. Honnêtement, nous ne nous y serions probablement pas arrêtés en nous fiant uniquement à la formule affichée à l'extérieur, alors un conseil : n'hésitez pas à pousser la porte ! Ce lieu est une vraie pépite pour les amateurs de cuisine authentique, locale & pleine de saveurs. Le service était irréprochable. This was a magnificent culinary experience! We enjoyed Sunday brunch. The place was spotless. The service staff were kind & helpful & the food was out of this world. Every dish came with a narration of ingredients, cooking technique & reason for presentation. The focus of this place is on locally (in Quebec) sourced ingredients. This includes spices & seasonings. The combos presented were tasty & filling. The brunch provided options for meat eaters as well as vegan. This is one of the best restaurants I've ever experienced. I highly recommend it. We will definitely return!! Thank you for such great food & service!!
Went to Sun brunch & it was beyond excellent. All locally sourced & all delicious. From the smoothie to the dessert. Service was very informative & attentive. Highly recommended for both foodies & vegan alike.
Our hotel concierge booked a last minute reservation for us at this amazing restaurant! We ordered the Raw & Cooked Oysters, Roasted Duck & Smoked Squash, the Guinea fowl & cauliflower & a vegan pasta dish. Be careful not to order dishes with repeat ingredients together. All dished were in huge portions. This restaurant is highly recommended!

All the food is locally sourced, which truly enhances the freshness & flavor of every dish. We started our evening in the charming speakeasy for a cocktail, where David crafted one of the most delicious drinks we've ever had-such a fun & cozy vibe! At the restaurant, we were lucky enough to have William as our server, & he was simply outstanding. The entire staff was incredibly friendly & kind, making us feel welcome at every turn. The food? Simply to die for. Every bite was bursting with flavor & beautifully presented. This place is a true gem, & we can't recommend it highly enough. If you're in Quebec, do yourself a favor & make a reservation-you won't regret it!

Amazing place in the heart of Old Quebec. Ordered a 6 course "Discovery Menu" paired with wine & it was awesome. The staff is well trained, well mannered & treats you well. It gets busy real quick, so reservation is recommended.

Wow!!! Quel endroit extraordinaire! Nous y sommes allés 3 fois en 2 jours tellement nous avons aimé l'endroit! D'abord, un petit apéro sur la magnifique terrasse. Excellente recommandation du serveur qui est tombé pile dans mes goûts! Ensuite, un petit lunch toujours sur la terrasse. Le sandwich est délicieux, bien garni, pain croûté avec une bonne bière bien fraîche c'était parfait! Pour terminer, la totale: menu dégustation pour le souper. Le meilleur menu, nous avons été ravis à chaque plat! Explosions de saveurs, découverte de produits, textures variées & goût incomparable. Portions généreuses, service impeccable, tous les serveurs sont d'une telle gentillesse & d'un tel professionnalisme ! Rapport qualité prix tout à fait raisonnable! Nous avons déjà payé beaucoup plus pour beaucoup moins & surtout pour sortir en étant extrêmement déçus alors que là, c'est tout le contraire, un sans faute, impeccable 5🌟 sur toute ligne!
