Quel beau restaurant! Très bon service chaleureux & tout le personnel était très compétant. La nourriture était exceptionnelle autant l'option vegan qu'omnivore. Nous allons revenir!

Deuxième visite au Bistro l'Orygine & ce fut tout aussi plaisant & une expérience culinaire hors-pair!
Le service, la présentation & la qualité des services ( menus dégustation végane & omnivore) sont la recette de cette belle expérience que nous avons partagé
avec des amis cette fois-ci.

Le seul soucis aura été d'avoir réservé à 18:00 car nous avons dû écourter ce bon moment puisque notre table était prise pour un 2e service. Peut-être ne pas planifier de faire le menu dégustation au premier service si le temps est compté...

Tout le personnel est accueillant, aimable, sympathique générant un très bon travail d'équipe. Restaurant charmant au magnifique décor & très bien situé dans le Vieux-Québec. On nous avait conseillé le menu découverte moitié carnivore moitié végan & nous avons été agréablement surpris par la présentation & les saveurs. Le tout était parfait.

Superbe expérience! De l'accueil au départ, l'équipe nous a fait vivre une expérience mémorable. Nous avons adoré l'entièreté du repas autant le menu découverte vegan que l'omnivore avec mention particulière au veau & au tempeh. Un merci particulier à Florence pour la qualité de ton travail.

It was our first time in Old Quebec & our first time dining at Bistro L'Orygine. My husband & I experienced 4 fixed priced menus during our stay & this was hands down the absolute best. We chose the vegan menu & it was over the top from the first bite. We sat at the bar & our bartender/visual artist was attentive & cheerful. The servers provided detailed descriptions of the food & easily engaged in conversation. Each course was artfully plated & creatively put together so that each bite was a taste explosion. I couldn't be more delighted with my dinner & what a wonderful way to end my visit in Old Quebec. A special thanks to the co-owner who stopped by to speak to us as I believe this is so important when dining at a restaurant of this caliber.

Bien manger dans un superbe environnement. Je recommande chaudement les mets véganes. Étant végane moi-même, quel plaisir de pouvoir se délecter en haute-cuisine. Sans compromis. & un service génial.

Excellent service, bonne ambiance & la qualité des plats (dégustation 5 services), avec le pairing des vins était parfait!
