This restaurant was an amazing experience. They were incredibly accommodating of different dietary needs-one person at our table was vegan, another avoided pork, & one was an omnivore. It was fun to see the subtle differences in each dish & how carefully they avoided cross-contamination while still delivering on flavor. Some of the ingredient combinations sounded unusual at first, but once everything came together, we were genuinely surprised by how well it all worked. Every staff member we interacted with was kind & welcoming, & the interior design was absolutely perfect.
absolutely delicious, charming atmosphere, & ready to accommodate anything- vegan, vegetarian, picky, pescetarian, any sort of food allergy, & have some phenomenal NA drinks as well! I was seriously struggling to resist licking my plate. I asked for a wine rec & got something amazing, & be sure to leave room for dessert because that isn't just artistic blobs of chocolate & cream, it was so freaking good. 10/10 will be dreaming about their oysters & NA whiskey drinks & baba for years.
Just be sure to plan ahead well, though- Quebec city has atrocious parking.
J'y suis allée pour le Brunch de Pâques, il y avait le choix entre un menu omnivore & un menu végan. J'ai choisi le végan & je ne suis pas déçue ! Tout était délicieux, le service est impeccable & le lieu est vraiment beau ! L'été l'expérience doit être encore plus belle avec leur terrasse exterieure, je pense y retourner. Bref que vous soyez végane ou non, si vous aimez la cuisine raffinée, vous serez comblés !

This was a magnificent culinary experience! We enjoyed Sunday brunch. The place was spotless. The service staff were kind & helpful & the food was out of this world. Every dish came with a narration of ingredients, cooking technique & reason for presentation. The focus of this place is on locally (in Quebec) sourced ingredients. This includes spices & seasonings. The combos presented were tasty & filling. The brunch provided options for meat eaters as well as vegan. This is one of the best restaurants I've ever experienced. I highly recommend it. We will definitely return!! Thank you for such great food & service!!
Went to Sun brunch & it was beyond excellent. All locally sourced & all delicious. From the smoothie to the dessert. Service was very informative & attentive. Highly recommended for both foodies & vegan alike.
I loved the 6 course vegan tasting menu! I appreciated the use of seasonal ingredients & the use of textures throughout the dishes. The service was exceptional, & the space feels elegant & cozy. I'm glad this exists within Quebec City! Will definitely return!!
I don't usually write reviews, but after dining here, I couldn't sleep without sharing my experience. I hate that it has set the bar so high for other restaurants, & I wish I could visit more often (first time in Quebec City). The Ambiance: Aesthetically pleasing & incredibly cozy, without feeling cramped in the slightest. The Food: Chef Sabrina Lemay is a culinary virtuoso. The harmony of interesting flavors invites you to savor each bite mindfully. The availability of well-executed vegan versions of many dishes (priced fairly, based on substituted ingredients) is a phenomenal, inclusive touch & a refreshing departure from the afterthought vegan options seen in many restaurants. They even managed to make raw oysters appealing to those averse to their texture. The Service: The best service I've ever received. The staff were professional yet warm & welcoming, ensuring everything was catered to with care & impeccable timing, without ever feeling intrusive. I never had to call on them once. On my way out, every waiter I passed wished me a good evening-despite being busy with other tables. We ordered fresh oysters, braised seitan & sunchoke, confit apple doughnut, & drinks. We also loved the complimentary amuse-bouches & mignardises, as well as the coupon for two free drinks during Sunday brunch. Looks like we'll be canceling our reservation elsewhere for Sunday & heading to l'Orygine instead. Update: We did go back.
Had an incredible dinner here! Service, ambiance, food were all amazing. We did the tasting menu. I have celiac so mine was made completely gluten-free & they took it very seriously. My husband had the vegan one & loved his food as well! Also nice to see a non-alcoholic wine pairing option.
Le service était incroyable. Le staff accueillant, sympathique & connaisseur. La nourriture est complètement divine. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation, moi celui vegan & wow. J'ai également beaucoup d'allergie alimentaire (noix arachides & plusieurs autres) & ils ont su ajuster le menu en conséquence sans perdre la qualité de celui ci. Leurs choix de vin est impeccable lorsqu'on prend l'accord met & vin. Le restaurant est très bien décoré, la présentation des plats incroyable. Ça vaux le détour !
