Nous avons apprécié l'ensemble des plats du menu Découverte. La finesse des saveurs était sublime. Toutefois, nos papilles n'ont pas été impressionnées par deux vins de type nature.

Spectaculaire. Nous avons pris le repas gastronomique 6 services avec accord met-vin. Subtilité, goût varié, qualité des plats, présentation +++, aliments d'ici (ils n'ont pas d'olives pour les martinis pcq n'y en a pas au Québec!!!). Vins québécois pour les trois premiers plats: belles découvertes. Service par des personnes passionnées & agréables. Environnement de qualité. Une soirée de rêve. Un des meilleurs repas savourés & nous avons de l'âge!!!! C'était notre deuxième expérience & nous avons énormément apprécié. Soirée de rêve.

Très bel établissement...cadre agréable, cuisine très soignée, de bons produits & un excellent service.
Carte des vins exceptionnelle.
Nous avons pris le menu dégustation qui reprend des plats de la carte, la plupart très reussis en cuisson comme en saveur.

Excellente table à Québec.
Service impeccable. Le personnel est très professionnel & accueillant, il connaissent très bien leur produit.
Je recommande d'y aller avec le menu découverte avec l'accord de vin. C'est une très belle expérience.
