Quelle soirée mémorable ! Le menu omnivore avec les vins locaux nous a offert une expérience culinaire unique qui a dépassé nos attentes & le service était impeccable. Un gros merci à l'équipe de l'Orygine !

Tout ce qui arrive sur la table est extraordinaire. Comment il arrive sur la table est par contre un peu stressant. L'équipe travaille fort & très efficacement, mais dans une énergie pressante. C'est à nous à la table de dicter le ton, de prendre son temps, & d'y aller doucement. Mais par exemple, de se faire servir un verre de vin pour une prochaine étape alors que le précédent est encore en train d'être savouré, nous éloigne du temps présent tant recherché. J'ai eu l'impression qu'il y avait un chronomètre à l'activité alors que tout est préparé pour qu'on savoure le temps.

We had such a nice experience at Bistro L'Orygine. The restaurant is stunning, & the patio was so comfortable. The food was almost too beautiful to eat, but we ate it, & it was delicious! All of the staff were very gracious, knowledgeable & friendly. Would go back in a heartbeat.
