Superbe expérience. Nous avons pris le menu découverte végétarien & omnivore. Mon coup de coeur à été la pintade sans aucun doute.
Mention très spécial au jeune serveur & sommelier qui nous a présenté un accord mets & vins plus que parfait. Je conseille au restaurant de le garder très longtemps avec vous ! Merci à lui pour ses conseils & son sens du service. Nous reviendrons ! C'est certain.

Bien que nous avons adoré les plats des menus dégustations, il est important de noter le manque de communication au sein de l'équipe &, par le fait même, avec les clients. Il fallut à plusieurs reprises s'assurer que nos restrictions alimentaires furent respectées, malgré le fait qu'on nous les demanda lors de la réservation & à notre arrivée.

As an english speaking visitor in Quebec City, with minimal functional french to use, the staff at L'Orygine went to their every effort to work with our table & communicate their dishes & cocktails. Beyond that great kindness, the staff were knowledgeable; talented; passionate & professional. Their service was unmatched, & they made our dinning experience just that-an experience.
The meal & drinks were phenomenal, beautiful flavours paired well with expertly made cocktails & chosen wines. It was a meal that left you thinking about booking your next reservation.

Breuvage trop souvent sucré dans l'accord sans alcool. Aurait été intéressant d'autre produit, bière sans alcool, etc
