I often give out 5 stars but they are relative. A good food truck 5 star obviously not the same as a nice restaurant. L'Orygine however is a 5 star on any scale. We had the tasting menu & wine pairing. Unbelievable!!!! Service was extremely attentive & accommodating. So very happy we found this spot.

Notre coup de coeur à chaque fois qu'on visite la ville de Québec. Tous les plats sont à couper le souffle! Il n'y a pas assez d'adjectifs pour décrire les merveilleuses créations. La combinaison d'aliments frais, de qualité & variés offre une véritable symphonie de saveurs, un plaisir à chaque bouchée. Un amour incomparable pour l'établissement & tous les employés.

Had an incredible dinner here! Service, ambiance, food were all amazing. We did the tasting menu. I have celiac so mine was made completely gluten-free & they took it very seriously. My husband had the vegan one & loved his food as well! Also nice to see a non-alcoholic wine pairing option.

Le service était incroyable. Le staff accueillant, sympathique & connaisseur. La nourriture est complètement divine. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation, moi celui vegan & wow. J'ai également beaucoup d'allergie alimentaire (noix arachides & plusieurs autres) & ils ont su ajuster le menu en conséquence sans perdre la qualité de celui ci. Leurs choix de vin est impeccable lorsqu'on prend l'accord met & vin. Le restaurant est très bien décoré, la présentation des plats incroyable. Ça vaux le détour !

Super soirée, nous étions un groupe de 10 pour célébrer le temps des fêtes, Nicolas était un hôte 10/10. La nourriture & la sélection des vins, cocktail c'était une merveilleuse soirée!

Our hotel concierge booked a last minute reservation for us at this amazing restaurant! We ordered the Raw & Cooked Oysters, Roasted Duck & Smoked Squash, the Guinea fowl & cauliflower & a vegan pasta dish. Be careful not to order dishes with repeat ingredients together. All dished were in huge portions. This restaurant is highly recommended!
