La nourriture était très bonne, le vin aussi. Moi qui est davantage carnivore j'y ai quand même très bien trouvé mon compte. Seule chose bizarre, à l'ouverture de notre bouteille de vin, la serveuse s'est versée quelques gouttes dans un verre, pour y gouter avant nous comme le font parfois les sommeliers... pratique qui est de moins en moins répandue d'ailleurs. Le problème est que c'est ma conjointe qui a finalement gouté le vin en premier donc l'objectif n'a pas vraiment été rencontré & finalement on l'a vu boire le vin en arrière du bar quelques minutes plus tard. Au moins ça nous aura fait rire.

Great food & great staff! The experience was excellent overall & the meal was one of the best we've had on our trip to Quebec City. The 1 star off is for price only. No reflection on quality, just that a $14 cocktail, & small plates for $20-$30 each (about 4 plates for 2 people) gets expensive for the amount of food. It is in an expensive part of town, so just be prepared to spend a bit of $$, but it is tasty!

Nourriture exquise: encore une fois des plats des plats toujours plus raffinés.
Personnel vraiment à l'écoute 👍
Pas surprenant que la chef Sabrina Lemay ait remporté le titre de chef de l'année & qu'avec
son équipe, le resto se soit vu décerner la note

Absolument exquis. Les huîtres étaient fabuleuses. Notre plat était délicat & plein de saveurs. Le dessert était parfait. L'aide que nous avons reçu pour le vin était en adéquation avec notre demande. Nous sommes conquis.
