Samedi soir dernier, 16 novembre, nous avons soupé à votre restaurant. Vous demandez une note globale. Bien difficile à évaluer globalement notre repas. Décor superbe, cuisine raffinée & recherchée auxquels nous donnerions aisément le maximum d'étoiles. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons en dire autant du service qui a été plus qu'ordinaire.
À l'arrivée, on nous salue, on nous sourit, on prend nos manteaux certes, mais de chaleur dans ces sourires & ces regards, point.
À table, notre serveur semble terriblement pressé. Pourtant la salle n'est pas entièrement occupée. Il nous explique le menu en regardant constamment ailleurs! Il fait goûter le vin, n'attend pas notre appréciation & quitte rapidement notre table. Ce fut ainsi tout au long du repas. Dommage! Une exception cependant, & de taille, le jeune serveur qui nous a apporté nos plats & nous les a présentés de fort bonne façon qui, lui, semblait heureux d'être là!
