WOW we were absolutely charmed by the staff attention, the creativity & beautiful presentation of each dishes..

Remarkable experience for all our senses in a relax atmosphere without pretentiousness..

A charming culinary adventure we choose when we decided to do the 5 courses dinner with wine pairing...

I have been raving about our experience... It was our first visit & I am looking forward to return to Quebec city to have the privilege to revisit your culinary magical creations..

Amazing cocktails & food presentation & Ingredients, but the flavor combinations weren't as palatable as I expected. I wished the oysters were colder & some things were too smoky.

Je n'ai pas été déçue! Nous avons pris le menu découverte (2 normaux, 1 vegetarien, 1 végétalien) avec accord de vin. Les ingredients bien choisis, les plats sont bons & beau. On nous a proposé une table en terasse car c'était une belle soirée, nous étions très contents; la terase est belle la musique est bonne. Le service était discret mais a repondu a nos attente, décrit l'assiette à chaque fois. De la mise en bouche au dessert nous nous somme régalé. Seul petit bémol peut- être pour le dessert menthe fraises & l'accord avec le pétillant. Je recommande fortement d'essayer l' ORYGINE. & j'ai maintenant hate de découvrir les autres restaurants du groupe!
