La nourriture était exceptionnelle, comme toujours. Les plats étaient frais, ingrédients locaux, innovants, délicieux.
Cependant, avec l'achalandage élevé de touristes, la serveuse semblait un peu moins présente. Les informations qu'elle nous a donné concernant le menu découverte n'était pas les bonnes, puis elle n'avait aucune connaissance des vins. Elle était très gentille, mais le service n'était pas aussi bon que d'habitude. Je recommande quand même ce restaurant, une expérience culinaire à Québec, mais j'éviterais d'y aller l'été avec les touristes!

Restaurant incroyable avec des plats plus que succulents dans un décor enchanteur! Tout était un pur délice! J'ai enlevé une étoile pour la présentation des plats qui se faisait toujours de façon pressante & accélérée. J'y retournerai!

Notre nouvel endroit préféré à Québec. Au départ, ce fut pour la belle terrasse. Les plats sont bien équilibrés, tout en fraîcheur & nous fraisant découvrir des produits québécois. La carte des vins est bien mise sur pied. Le service est très bon : professionnel & sympathique. De plus, les cocktails sont intéressants te bien équilibrés. Nous recommandons cet établissment!

Excellent service & atmosphere, not too noisy. We had scallop & vegetarian appetizers which were very attractively prepared & plated, & we shared a halibut platter which included a delectable roasted cauliflower puree. desserts were original & refreshing. The only thing that could have been improved was the bread, which was spongy, & not in line with the general quality of the restaurant.
