Menu découverte avec accord « mets-vins »: beaux plats avec belles saveurs & textures. Huîtres savoureusement relevées, carpaccio de wapiti bien accompagné, soupe asiatique vraiment umami & sanglier en finale (tendre, savoureux). Formule dessert ingénieuse avec diversité de combinaisons de glaces & desserts. Belles découvertes avec des vins principalement québécois & canadiens: heureux mariages qui les mettent bien en valeur.

This is more than a bistro it's an experience. Gourmet cuisine, impeccable staff & a patisserie where you can design your own dessert if you don't see something on the menu that would make you happy. It is definitely in my top 5 food experiences in the world.
