Les produits sont d'une grande fraîcheur & les goûts très fins. Le tout présenté avec élégance dans un beau cadre. On repartirait presque de l'Orygine avec un goût de trop peu.

Excellent resto exposant une cuisine boreale tout au long du repas. La carte des vins est aussi axée sur le Quebec & le Canada. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée dans ce resto très décontracté pour un « petit frère » de la tanière.

Un peu bruyant. Table à côté du cellier, dont le mur en verre vibre à chaque fois que la porte se referme... un peu désagréable!
