The entire evening was fabulous, & our waiter (don't remember his name, but he was from the Congo) was exceptional, as were all staff who looked after us.

Une expérience exceptionnelle, il faut absolument essayer le menu découverte. 6 services de plats surprenants remplis de saveurs, d'aromates & de textures. Gros coup de coeur pour plusieurs des plats. Service attentionné, chaleureux & sans prétention.

Expérience ultra satisfaisante de l'accueil à la sortie. Service professionnel & chaleureux, plats bien présentés, surprenants & savoureux, vins accompagnant parfaitement les plats. Bref, nous sommes très heureux de notre soirée.

Deux suggestions pour améliorer l'expérience :
1) mettre un peu plus de viande dans les plats du menu découverte omnivore. J'ai trouvé bien minces les tranches de thon & d'agneau. Ça permettrait de faire ressortir leur goût davantage.
2) offrir une version allégée pour appétit plus petit. Ma conjointe a eu de la difficulté à se rendre à la fin.
