Dans le menu découverte, serait bien d'offrir aux gens une option sans dessert. La seule chose que j'ai peu apprécié en termes de saveurs c'est le dessert & de toute façon j'aurais préféré terminer l'expérience avec un plat salé plutôt que sucré.

Last two servings were not to our liking. It felt like eating bone marrow or a calf's brain & there's a reason we're vegan :-p

The first 4 servings were awesome, & so was the mise-en-bouche before the meal!
