The food was delicious - amazing combinations of flavours. We did the discovery menu & only trouble was getting full before the final course! Highly recommend. Come with a big appetite.

Avec le menu découverte végétalien de 6 services, l'enchaînement progressif en intensité des saveurs était excellent. Les aliments de saison y étaient bien mis en valeur, les présentations belles, jusqu'au dessert qui déteignait du reste avec une certaine lourdeur & une sucrosité presque cassante. Somme toute, l'accord mocktail a été pour nous l'expérience la plus fascinante.
Le service a été excellent, rapide, quoiqu'un peu (trop) mécanique, même si je comprends que le restaurant s'est rempli rapidement. Mention spéciale à Florence qui a été particulièrement chaleureuse & accueillante, exactement au niveau auquel nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise pour nous qui en étions à une première expérience du genre.
